How do I retrieve my Event ID?
Learn what is the Event ID and where you can locate it
The Event ID is the unique 5-digits number that identifies your events in your Eventboost account. If you need support for one of your events, the Event ID allows our support team to understand immediately for which event you are requesting support.
As you can see in the image below, you can find the Event ID right beneath the name of your event in the "My Events" page.
