How many Email Templates does Eventboost Support?

Learn how to differentiate templates and how to use them.

You can choose up to 3 different templates with Eventboost, and they are grouped into three macro email messages categories:

  • Invitation
  • Confirmation
  • Custom Message.

Each template is designed to manage a specific type of email message.

Invitation

With this template, you can build different types of email messages such as:

  • Save the Dates
  • Invitations
  • Reminders

Confirmation

With this template, you can create a unique confirmation email for all registered guests. This message is automatically sent upon registration, but you can disable this function from the "Event Page" tab preferences (check the following link to learn how to disable the confirmation email for the event: "How can I Disable the Confirmation Email for my Event?")

Custom Message

With this template, you can easily create messages such as:

  • Confirmation Reminder
  • Post-event Thank You messages
  • Newsletters 
  • Any other message that is relevant to your event 

The Custom Message's Template flexibility allows you to use this type of template to recreate Save the Dates, Invitations, Reminders, and Confirmations too.
